BUSINESS SECTOR
We mainly deal with glass, glass elements and various components.
FLAT GLASS
This is the original shape of glass, the starting point of all mechanical processes: edging, drilling, notches, engravings, bevels, etc. on all kind of glasses: clear float, extra-clear float, satin-finished/etched glass, coloured, printed, coated … from 4 to 12 mm and above.
Furthermore … tempering, silk-screen printing, lamination (with different supports: PVB, EVA, polyurethane resins, metal mesh, etc.)
With our team specialized in bonding (UV or two-components) we bond glass with glass, glass/metal, glass/plastic materials, etc.
CURVED GLASS
Specialized in glass bending, with 9 dedicated ovens and three different technologies, we produce curved glass – monolithic, laminated or double-glazing – starting from 4 mm of thickness, tempered or not, in different shapes: single and regular radius, double radius, 20mm radius (r20 glass), spherical, …- We can produce very small glasses (how small? It depends on the bending radius) up to 2300×4000 mm on quite all kind of glass, including low-e glasses, solar control, mirrored, etc.
OTHER GLASSES
Assembled glasses for different uses: commercial refrigeration, automotive, furniture, etc.
Starting from the glasses above (flat, curved, tempered or not, screen printed, etc.) we can assemble them with various elements (plastic, metal, etc.) like gaskets, handlings, hinges, bushings, profiles, …-
We assemble the glass in double/triple/… glazing, we heat them (3 different techniques according to use and customer’s needs), we paint or silk-screen print them, we laser engrave them, …and any other possible processing and combination.
We also produce glass radiant panels for rooo heating and large heated windows for heating and internal comfort or special uses (defrosting, snow melting).
OTHER MATERIALS
Beside glass processing we produce a transparent spacer in polyurethane resin, with a very high thermal and mechanical performance and with excellent transparency and aesthetics.
In parallel, on support of solutions for the world of refrigeration (and more), we collaborate with a company specialized in the production of thermoformed plastic materials.
